Skyscraper Group, first placed one of our clients in this building many years ago.  The firm, Caris & Company, remains one of our best clients.  As Caris & Company grew, we assisted them with transactions at 201 Mission Street and at 44 Montgomery Street.  This landmark tower is recognizable on the San Francisco skyline and is adjacent to Embarcadero Center. It is close to the Ferry Building and two blocks from the California Street cable car line. Skyscraper Group, represented Artis Capital Management, one of our hedge fund clients, in their leasing of space in several transactions at this complex when Artis Capital was referred to us by a client of ours from Goldman Sachs.  We also assisted New Mountain Capital, one of our private equity investor clients as well as numerous others.  It remains one of the most desired locations in the city, particularly, for those commuting to the city via the Ferry from Marin County.  One Market is a property totaling more than 1.4 million square feet.  The building features enclosed valet parking for 160 vehicles with additional parking for more than 500 vehicles one block to the south of the building. The lobby is an 11-story, glass-enclosed atrium pavilion.  The superb waterfront location commands spectacular, unobstructed views of the city and bay from virtually all floors. We represented the Sparer Law Group in their location (and subsequent recent renewal negotiations), at to this building many years ago.  It remains their headquarters location on the top floor of the building, with views that look out over most of the other buildings in the city's financial district.  The upper floors have outstanding views of the bay. The building is 33 stories and was constructed in 1972.
