Creative
Office Space
in San
Francisco
Many
technology,
marketing,
and design
firms prefer
creative
office space
in San
Francisco.
Creative
space often
entails such
features as:
wood floors,
high
ceilings,
exposed brick
walls, or
heavy timber
wood beams.
Such
buildings
often tend
have a rich
and
interesting
history from
the pioneer
days of San
Francisco
which further
adds to their
appeal. They
are often
buildings
which were
converted
from a
different,
more
industrial-type,
use. In
order to get
into the
better
creative
space type
buildings you
often need a
very
experienced
broker with a
great deal of
tenacity and
perseverance
because
buildings
like these
are very much
desired in
the current
market. The
really great
creative
space
buildings in
the best
locations are
often
reported as
being "fully
occupied" or
"fully
leased".
However, a
deeper
understanding
by an
experienced
office tenant
representation
expert, with
hundreds of
contacts in
the city,
will have the
unique
negotiating
skills
research
skills to get
into one of
these
buildings in
many cases.
It will often
require the
broker to
know when
leases are
expiring at
the building,
or for the
broker to
know many of
these
building
owners and/or
their listing
brokers, in
order for
you, the
tenant, to
get to the
front of the
line.
